"Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did not pick up any stations at all. Very tasty breakfast selection in nice surroundings. "

"Needed a place to stay for one night before.our flight out Heathrow. Loved that Bus was easily accessible to.and from the airport. One on site restaurant opened til 10 I believe. Nice ig clean rooms."

"Perfect for an overnight as easy access to departures from the hotel. Meet and Greet parking directly below too. Room was very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay there again without hesitation."

"The hotel management is so bad. One of my mattresses got wet that I had put a water bottle and I didn’t tighten the cap all the way. Well overnight it slowly leaked out. I told the lady in the hallway that worked there what had happened and what it was and had asked her if she gave me a fan I could start the process of drying it out. She said don’t worry about it we will handle it. I said Thank you then walked away. Now they want to charge me 100 pounds to get the mattress replaced or cleaned. I told her it was just water and it just needed to be dried out. No harm no foul accidents happened I didn’t destroy their property if anything I helped them clean it better. Management needs more training. Horrible!!"

"Tiny room. Suitable for a solo traveler only. The bathroom is basically a small wet room where everything gets soaked from you to the paper for the loo..!! No space for any luggage whatsoever. It’s clean, has a bed and is inside the terminal. That’s it."

"I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this hotel earned it. We stayed here before our morning flight and it felt like our vacation still continued. The rooftop bar was a true vibe! Watching planes take off from a beautiful bar and being able to be outside on the roof top as well. We then ate dinner at Apron and the food was actually very delicious! The room was large and clean. Everything was so clean, modern and felt luxurious."
