I particularly loved the personalized local recommendations by staff. We had a question about something and staff responded immediately. I wish these properties existed in every country. "Very central location, friendly staff, nice aesthetic and ambience. Really loved it and would stay again. My only caution is that the beds are hostel beds and I wouldn't recommend for folks with back issues. (I was a little uncomfortable after 4 nights, but given the other perks of the hostel, would do it again)"

"In the City Centre, minute walk from main square and metro to the airport, very easy walk to all attractions, safe location. Plenty restaurants and bars around. Entrance is little dodge, limited time reception at 2nd floor, no lift, corridor very narrow. Could be problem who have walking difficult. All this forget when enter to the room. "The one good thing about this hostel is that it is centrally located in the city. They fail to mention that they have a single toilet and 3 showers for each gender in the hostel. The showers and bathroom were extremely dirty, had various bugs crawling around them, and always smelled disgusting. The hotel manager also fails to mention that they turn the air conditioning on at night and prohibit you from opening the window, leaving you in a hot room with 7 other people. Avoid this place. "

I missed out on the breakfast coffee one day because I had to leave early and wanted one in the evening, but they charge 1 euro. It's young management, so they need to learn that little things make a difference to the customer.
