We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was quick to handle the couple of minor issues we had during the trip and were helpful in our hunt for things to do. There is however a sketchy corner near the hotel, but the staff does an excellent job keeping the facility secure and safe! We look forward to visiting again sometime soon!

The Nicola Rossio was an excellent choice. All of the old town was in reasonable walking distance. The station for Sintra was less than five minutes walk from the hotel.

Fantastic location with all kinds of shopping and restaurants within 100 feet of the property. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped with every request. The room was very clean as was the entire property. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Yes, it cost 15 Euros but it was extensive. This was a wonderful 3-day stay and when we come back to Lisbon, we will stay here again.

The staff at Nicola Rossio were extremely attentive and kind. We felt very welcome and comfortable asking for anything we needed. We were offered pastel de Natas and port whenever we would come or go. If we had any questions about the area or Lisbon there was always someone to chat about it with us. We would return.

This was a perfect location for a short sightseeing few days. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and informative of the surroundings from places to visit, tours and dining experiences. Welcome drinks and nibbles an added bonus.
