"The property was kept to high standards and neatly refurbished. Located close to the beach which makes it very convenient. Overall I would recommend this hotel"

"1. Easy walk to Victoria ferry terminal
2. No air conditioning…room was very stuffy at check-in, window fan running in unsecured open slider window.
Room did cool down by 8pm. There was an additional floor fan to stir the air.
3. Room was on ground floor, persons in 2nd floor room kept pacing until 11pm. Annoying.
4. Light fixture/exhaust fan in bathroom missing cover, bare light bulb showing.
5. Refrigerator/freezer missing handle, duct taped. The freezer was totally frosted up. Was able to squeeze ice pack into freezer, did not refreeze it.
6.refrigerator portion kept items cold enough.
7. Very hot water and good water pressure
8. Bathroom sink drained slowly, handle for stopper not attached.
9. 1/2” air gap between door and threshold.
10. Mattress is innerspring with innerspring foundation.
Wiggly, partner could feel my tossing.
11. No nightlight
12. Nice laminate flooring, but rooms/furniture need serious updating. "
"Lot's of food options near by at walking distance. Decent condition room. Internet connectivity is poor. Bathrooms are in really poor shape. We didn't even had lock inside bathroom. "

Amazing
"Very easy to find and close to quite a few places we visited. We parked and got inside right away. Beautiful setting with acres of land and woods and a pond. You will get welcome by Blue the dog every time you come back. Very cozy and was perfect for the 2 of us with so many comforts of home and thoughtful little extras.Don is such a welcoming host and greeted us with smiles and homemade treats. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!"
