I was very upset that the room I thought I signed up for was to be a water view with balcony. They gave us a room on parking lot and said a water view would be $60 more. Mad and won’t ever stay there again.

I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the floor in my room. Upon walking barefoot and wearing white socks, I noticed that they became quite dirty due to the unclean floor. This was unexpected and somewhat disappointing as cleanliness is an important aspect of any hotel stay. I understand that maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas can be challenging, but I believe it's essential for ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and take the necessary measures to improve the cleanliness standards
