Great place to stay with the most genuinely kind staff in all areas of the property. It feels like you are visiting family when you stay here.
There are lots of restaurants and public transportation in the area along with a health food store and grocery store. Great stay, budget friendly, clean and safe environment.

This place is amazing! Free parking! Safe! Dont get confused with it being in Bronx, it's very safe! You need to scan your card for the elevator and to enter the hotel during the nigth. Nice rooms and there is a sofa bed for which I asked for extra pillows and covers to make it more comfortable. Adding that on is necessary in my opinion to not feel the springs of the sofa bed, so just ask for them and you will be alrigth. But the king bed is very comfortable and perfect. There is a nice view...

I just loved this place! So charming! Clean and welcoming! Everything walkable : metro stations, restaurants. Such a beautiful area! Parking is so easy to find. I parked my car all week with no problem, since I was using public transportation.

I spent 2 nights there and the service and room were really great. We had booked the studio suite with 1 king bed and had a little living area. We were so pleased as we walked in, we were on the 11th floor and had a beautiful view of the city from our 3 windows.
The room was clean and very spacious for a hotel in New York. Also located near 2 subway stations so getting around was easy. The room doesn't have a kettle or stocked mini fridge but we had a fridge that we stocked with our own food...

It was a convenient place for walking to the central park and Broadway places. Staffs were friendly and of good services. I satisfied with its practical comfort. Thanks to especially house keeping.

This hotel is well located between Park and Madison. Charming boutique hotel with great service. The support structure outside the hotel was a little disconcerting as we pulled up and the lobby was quite dark and small when we checked in late on our first night. The room was smaller than expected and the toilet area was quite cramped - not suitable for a large person! The bed was extremely comfortable though and the room was very quiet. We faced the inside courtyard - brick all round and no...

My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary and stayed at the Carlyle for 5 nights. The hotel is located about 1 block from the western edge of Central Park, just off Park Avenue. The neighborhood is very upscale with a lot of boutique shopping and fine dining options in the immediate area. There is a subway station a couple of blocks away and there are always town cars and taxis available at the front door. The hotel is elegant and very up-scale but with an old world feel. Lots of marble,...
