"I can't say enough great things about this space, this property, and the property manager. It is absolutely beautiful here, and has so much character. It is bright and cheerful during the day, and the layout is open and spacious. The room is quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need (dishes, silverware, cookware, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), heating and in-unit air conditioner works very well. Bathroom is adorable, and the shower is AMAZING...

"It was nice and clean but the people above us were loud at odd hours. Had to call n complain. They were quiet for a little but but then they were back at walking/running very loudly. I couldn’t tell if it was little kids running around but from 7:30-11:30 at night was a little extreme and from 6-till check out was non stop walking/running. I was on the 4th floor. People with little ones need to be on the ground floor to not keep others awake. "

"Less than a block from the train. Walkable university area. Lots to do and see around. Friendly and helpful staff. Soap dispenser in shower was falling apart. Trash taken out of bathroom one day. But no new bag. Little problems with easy solutions. Chic room and nice art deco vibes. Nice restaurant bar on rooftop with incredible views! "

"This condo is clean, nicely furnished and equipped with many upscale features. Owners should know the burners on their Kitchen Aide gas top are not igniting. Not only was there a gas odor but safety could potentially be an issue. Cleaning staff hung new towels that were still damp and utensils in the counter container were dirty and had to be washed. In my opinion the registration process is also excessive as compared with other rentals close by."
