The hotel property was clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only negative was having to leave my car next to a homeless camp while doing check-in. Clearly not within the hotel's control on this one but a great stay at the actual property.

This was my 2nd stay at this property and it was as great as the first time! Front desk staff definitely are rockstars - fun, friendly, professional. The amenities are great - love the metal water bottle gift and refill water station (w/bubbly water!!!) in the lobby. Convenient, secure and reasonably priced parking too! They've locked in as my place to stay in Seattle!

Hidden fees, including having to pay for “complimentary “ water and being charged for an alcoholic beverage out of the cooler near the front desk when I only got a soda (staff did fix this when I brought it to their attention)
