"This is a Motel 6, so I wasn't too surprised that the furnishings were fairly basic. While the hot water didn't work the first two nights, this problem apparently came up right before the holiday weekend when getting repairs are difficult, so I won't rate them down for the issue. The motel seemed fairly new, the bed was comfortable, though there was noise from adjoining units and from outside. "Property handled our request for early check in wonderfully! Rooms were very basic with low water pressure, no shampoo, hair dryer, no vending machines operating,BED HARD AS a ROCK, small air pillows, NO ELEVATOR to second floor( qualify as handicap accessible ??) TYPICAL of motel 6 origin design with almost NO UPDATES!!! Barely worth the money"

"When I pulled up I thought that it was a little sketchy and very old. Parking is not secure. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The statement "old but clean" really fits. The room was comfortable and I had a balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunset."

As I booked this hotel on a whim of the reviews and the price, wasn’t terrible for 4 nights we definitely felt welcomed and thankful for this hotel in Renton, plus when we got there they had fresh baked cookies and they had them everyday!
