This place was exactly what I needed. I didn’t drive but street parking available. Lots of public transportation available a block away. Felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Communication was easy and replies were almost instant! They were able to accommodate a last minute late-check out request which was amazing. The place it sent was clean and very well appointed. The room was exactly as described and the bed was super comfy. The whole place was quiet at night and even with the shared kitchen area it felt very private. The room comes with a little fridge and and a microwave and a full kitchen is available as well as plates and utensils etc. there’s also laundry available which is so helpful if you’re planning a longer stay. BUT IT. HAD An ANT INFESTATION PROBLEM. I wasn't offered a credit or a refund or any accommadation. I had to go buy ant killer myself. When I mentioned it they said just keep them aprised ... Wow no detail or descriptiov n of your unit online, listed or named the catch that there are kitchen ants that will swarm your living area, and that if you want it gone I'll need l to take care of it myself . Wish I had known that was an addon feature to the property .. since the owner ,when I mentioned it to him and communicated to him that there was an problem brush it off like oh yeah you knew and it was no big deal just deal with it and let me know how it progresses yeah that tells me that he knew about it and could care less that it affects this day that's probably why he didn't offer to accommodate or compensate for the disgusting inconvenience. I would like to have moved into another unit one that didn't have such a problem that would have been great or at least compensated for the days that I stayed there because realistically it was unhealthy it was gross I couldn't sleep , and not without fear of being instantly covered with them. . I mean, who really (ean really she wants to sleep like that ? I left my dogs food out,, to feed him , you know... and 5 mins later it was swarming with ants and therefore the floor was too. My cereal was left out and soon covered in. Ants .
