"This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

The outdoor shower/hose was great for rinsing sand off when we got back from the beach. They had multiple beach chairs for us to use and 4 large beach towels. It was nice to not have to pack those. "The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay."

Loved Bert’s for grabbing some quick eats and ice cream. The upper patio was a great way to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at night. "This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. "This was our first stay in Folly Beach. The island is beautiful and the yards at everyone's houses are filled with nice plants, trees and shrubs. I enjoyed riding my bicycle and I felt very safe on the streets. We had our dog with us and it was a great area for her as well. It was close walking distance to a beach access and we enjoyed sitting at the back patio.
