"This property was perfection from check in through check out. Our my husband, myself, our 11 month old, our 3 year old, and our two dogs all enjoyed our stay! There was just enough room for all of us. The downstairs area was wonderful for those hot afternoons and evenings. It was clean, it was well stocked, great communication with the property management team who were quick to come to our rescue when we had a hiccup or two. Look no further. This is it!"

The area is very busy with visitors to beach on weekend, but was very walkable during the weekdays. Also very close to the beach city center with lots of great places to eat."

"Our family of 7 spent a week here and loved it! We had plenty of space to relax in the town home (beach home?), and it was easy to access all of the historical sites and restaurants in Charleston. We liked staying in the more relaxed Folly Beach area and driving into Charleston. The kitchen had what we needed to fry fish, make smoothies, and handle the rest of our food needs."

"I cannot articulate how well we were treated. The home is amazing. The staff is excellent and attentive. Everything you “forgot to bring” is in the home. Excellent location and home. Folly Beach is filled with amazing people visiting, and the locals are even better. There were no issues because the staff was thorough and it is very clear that Carolina Vacation Rentals is proud to offer the absolute best service and experience. "A great house for our group of 4 couples (in our 50s). Comfortable, modern, right on the beach, nice porch, close (but not too close) to town. The only drawbacks were: 1) all bedrooms open to "great room", so those who wanted to go to bed early were easily disturbed by those who wanted to stay up; and 2) upstairs bathroom is shared (when it seems like there is plenty of room to have it made into two bedrooms).
