"An amazing vacation at the Westin Cozumel . This was my second stay and will be going back very soon. Front desk- amazing Vicky at the beach - Amazing Restaurants -Great food and amazing service Room and view - Spectacular Carlos the manager was incredibly gracious and welcoming and so was Lorenzo in house keeping. "The Wyndham name means nothing for this resort. It is a typical tile floor, dirty bathroom, patio light doesnt shut off until 9pm, absolutely no frills room that is located across the street from the beach. For the same money...you can get a cheap equivalent room on the beach. This one has. Dive Paradise licated on the property however. Food at this place is pretty good."

"Overall good stay. The beds are not comfortable. Food choices should be improved. There should be plentiful tacos, quesadillas, nachos etc readily available. The catamaran team never lets you have the boat and is not very friendly. "
