"The reviews for this property are a lie. There were great reviews about how nice and cleanly it was, but it was absolutely disgusting. Bugs flying around and some dead on the floors as well stains on the couches and the place just looked beaten to hell. There was a lot of foot traffic and concerning behavior from those around. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Studio 6 is a fabulous Hotel to stay at i have been here11 nights nowthey staff is incredible. Candice on a daliy bases would make me feel right at home. The management is grade A. "We loved the quirky location & even the older decor. The people were awesome & we felt safe. We stayed in the family suite all the way back to the right. The back bedroom stunk SO bad. Like old dog pee or rank water, I’m not sure, we ended up just closing it up for the extent of our stay & using the other beds. "Its a cheap place to stay right off the interstate and they have breakfast. There are restaurants, convenince stores, and other useful businesses within walking distance. The neighborhood isnt the greatest and there is plenty of noise at night but the place is safe and secure place. With entries that require a key card to enter."

"Would highly highly recommend Shari's place. The views of the rockies were absolutely incredible and we loved the outdoor fire pit. The place was extremely well decorated and cozy - it felt very homey with the cute decor throughout and thoughtful amenities. The bed was also very comfortable- i was hands down the best one we've probably ever slept in on a vrbo trip (and better than all the hotel beds we've had on this trip too!) "Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."

One of the better hotels with friendly pricing
"Wow. What a stay. I spent 2 nights here and was shocked at how moderen but yet laid back feeling. The staff eas friendly and very inviting. The even have a little bar with some options of beer and cocktails. Some snacks and an inviting lobby with games and couches. The room was very laid back, surprisingly the beds were comfortable and open. The community around the hotel is open. Down the road there is target and multiple restaurants easy access. Old world's bagles is an awesome place for breakfast with good coffee (thanks to the suggestions of the lobby staff) definitely coming back!!!"
