This unit is a 531 square foot, 1-bedroom suite attached to a single-family home. My family loved the rental as it had everything we wanted and needed. We loved the view of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak. We also loved the proximity to excursions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the zoo, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, and the interstate. We did an E-bike tour called Glen & Garden with Amp’d Adventures which included biking through Glen Eyrie Castle grounds which was a wonderful surprise! Beautiful grounds and buildings! The location was perfect for all the daytrips and hiking we planned to do around Colorado Springs and surrounding towns. This turned out to be one of our favorite rentals!! The unit itself is very clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was well stocked with shower products and plenty of towels. Althpugh the unit is attached to the main home, we never felt like we didn’t have privacy. There is a nice barrier in the back and we loved the outdoor space too.
