The Cozy Cottage

  • Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

Such a lovely place to stay

This place was such a cute get away for me and my husband on our honeymoon! It is close to so many fun things to do and great places to eat. The host was very nice and the rental its self was very clean. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful cozy and recovery

We hiked the Manitou incline and needed a place to rest!! This little cozy cottage was absolutely perfect!! So clean, cozy and decorated so nicely! We really enjoyed staying here so perfect for us!

Lovely cottage!!

This is a lovely cottage where I brought my 85 year old mother. It worked well for her with her walker, the bed was very comfortable, nice snacks and coffee for the morning and a terrific stay. We will come again if in the area for an overnight!! Highly recommend this lovely place!!

Great Stay!

What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Celebration

What a lovely cottage! Great location in walking distance to Old Colorado City (which we liked better than Colorado Springs), has its own parking space and private entrance. The cottage was lovely decorated in a really nice cozy modern almost Scandinavian style. The host was very responsive. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Stay before Santa Fe

Decided to stay in this area for two nights before meeting the rest of the family in Santa Fe. Chose the Cozy Cottage and it did not disappoint. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but near downtown and an easy drive to Manitou Springs. We enjoyed walking to South Park Brewery.
