During the day, a beautiful private yard covered with flowers, roses, and a towering blue spruce! Views are fantastic, with Pikes Peak to the West, and Downtown Colorado Springs to the East! The condo houses three meticulously furnished bedrooms with private work from homes spaces. Also includes laundry, a gas fireplace, and kitchen. Right next to the Broadmoor Seven Falls parking lot. However I would like to say that the space was bigger and more useful and welcoming than some of the houses I've stayed in before. The open space of the living room and large dining room table were perfect for my whole family to hang out together in. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances that were easy to use. At first I had thought that the kitchen was really dark and could use some under counter lighting, but then I realized that I did not actually have the lights turned all the way up, so that was my mistake. The owner, Austin, was one of the best hosts for communication, which I really appreciated. My family really enjoyed our stay here, the location was as close to everything as you can get in Colorado Springs. ##### Beth S. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. The property itself was nice. I would have prefered a few more items to be supplied in the kitchen for cooking as well as a few more large mixing type bowls and for more coffee pods/creamer to have been there as well but we made due with what was provided. I didn't realize that it was actually a finished basement and not a house but if I had looked closer at the photos I probably could have figured that out. It was private and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. ##### Jill G.
