"This property was very clean. This is very important as I do not like dirty hotels or VRBOs. Easy access, super great location to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal."

"Above all else the location is FANTASTIC. It is in the heart of Asheville and an easy walk to just about everything.. The Condo's Kitchen was very well equiped with anything you can think of.. The master Bedroom and Bath were very roomy. Hanging up clothes is challenging since the Master closet is locked. Besides that, it was a very comfortable living space for the 4 of us. Close Parking is limited and they fill up fast. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!"

"This place is great! You would never know you are only 10 minutes or so from a busy town. It’s the best hide-a-way spot right next to the river. We chose a cabin with hot tub and river view. The cabins are unique tiny homes with thoughtful details. Very clean and homey feeling. "The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
