We appreciated how accessible our host was from booking to check-out. The apartment space is roomy, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sparse, but it was certainly adequate for our needs. We used the laundry as we had been on the road for several days; the washer and dryer were brand new. Traveling with a small dog, I found the grounds and this lovely neighborhood to be just right for walks and outdoor activities. There is a lovely fire pit and chairs in the backyard. We fully enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville. ##### Martha F. Our two-night stay was short, so we didn’t get to enjoy it to the fullest, but enjoyed it nonetheless. The property is not handicap accessible as the steps down to the basement apartment from the parking area are just a series of flat stones so one has to be careful to not fall or slip if the stones are wet. Beaver Lake is a short drive down Merrimon Avenue toward town and is a great place to walk. There are shops and restaurants within a short distance also. ##### Robert C. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2025
