Of course we were there for the cherry blossom season and Shinjuku is a great place to explore. "Beautiful hotel with incredibly wonderful staff. Staff were extremely helpful with all our needs. Assisted us with a luggage issue (broken lock), making dinner reservations and all our questions. Breakfast buffet was delicious and a great way to start our mornings. Would definitely stay here again when in Tokyo, Japan. "

"This hotel was very conveniently located - close to the Shimbashi station and also not exposed to rain getting to the hotel. It is also very close to the southern part of Ginza, so it is very easy to walk to Ginza and Tsukiji. The staff was very helpful and professional. "This hotel is a great and affordable option compared to the hotel within Ginza. We chose it because we wanted to have dinner in Tsukiji, within walking distance from Ginza and Shimbashi. The staff was helpful, and the room was comfortable, not suitable for huge luggage, but it was not a problem for us (we traveled light). Some people might not like the surrounding area since it's next to the fish market, but it's only dark, nothing to be concerned about. "

"I spent 10 days in Tokyo with a friend at Hotel Niwa in one of their tatami rooms with two twin beds. This room was perfect and gave us the space to lay out all our luggage. For a hotel extremely close to a train line, it was surprisingly quiet as well! Unfortunately, I only realized once there that I had forgotten my friend is a terrible snorer and I had to request the staff to give me another room booking. "If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to visit! There are many places to eat and shop as well as see a game of the Yomirui Giants if you can get tickets. The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English even though I was mistaken for being Japanese. During the second night of our stay, there was a conference in session and the elevators were crowded but a staff member was present and kept folks moving in an efficient manner. Would stay here again!"
