Modern, but the hvac was a little confusing to operate, but once we called, someone was there in a few minutes to show how to operate it. Nice to have both heat and air conditioning. "This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Colon and it was another wonderful stay. I love the helpful staff and the great central location in Barri Gothic. We arrived early and our room was ready, which I really appreciated. Our room was located on the 3rd floor that was totally renovated one month ago. Comfortable design room with super comfy bed. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Roof top terrace has been totally renovated as well and just reopened without the pool. "

"Nice hotel above the Sants station no problem for transportation to and from Barcelona city including Hop on hop off bus stop across from the hotel. Room is nice bright decor like the separate showers and toilet the only inconveniences was the A/C unit was pre set by the hotel it was on the warm side you have notify the receptionist to have the until turn down the temperature. "

"Beautiful property and spacious rooms. Front desk and concierge went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay and assisted us with securing last minute tickets to the Hypogeum. Hospitality and excellence is definitely an attitude conveyed by all. I found all staff to be pleasant, helpful and professional. Good location. Walkable to lots of higher end shops. Not far taxi ride to Valletta and getting to Hypogeum and Tarxien temple. Would recommend using Uber rather than hotel transport if...

"Lovely hotel with beautiful swimming pool Ordered burgers at the pool bar but were sent out very rare… had to send back 3 of the dishes and asked to be cooked better. Instead of sending back 3 new burgers they sent back the same burgers with cold chips on it .. not sure why this was done but apart from that.. lovely stay"
