Amazing location, lobby, and staff. However. The room smelled horrible, the shower door was very hard to force open. And the a/c did not work. We had to leave the window open all night just to clear out the smell and heat.

One of the best terraces you can get. Beautiful view and pleasent music played throughout the day by street performers. There was a smell of slight mildew and the shower dam has a design flaw that allows the water to leak out into the glass enclosed toilet area and floor in the bathroom. But we left the air flowing and doors open for a while and the smell went away and requested extra towels inly got to stay 2 days but would definitely come back

Such a shame as it would have got a 5 star review. They had freshly painted my room and there was a very strong paint smell for the entire weekend. I asked for a different room and they said they were fully booked and couldn’t help. I spent 2 days with a terrible headache. Location amazing, very clean and definitely would stay there again if it wasn’t freshly painted

The hotel is lovely, right in the center of the hustle and bustle of the gothic quarter. Staff are pleasant and helpful. One issue that marred our stay was there is construction at the hotel which goes on all day form early in the morning. This was not noted on the Expedia website or the hotel website when we booked our stay.
