“my birthday treat”
hotel was lovely location was superb had a lovely stay would recommend this hotel thank you for making my birthday special x
“Perfect for a long weekend”
Arc la rambla was ideally located. Within walking distance to most of Barcelonas attractions, shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean. The only downside was the view of a small court yard and wall out of the window and the hair dryer was was not very powerful and kept cutting out. The staff were very helpful and English speaking. Would definitely stay again.
“Exploring Bacelona in Febuary”
Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and plentyful. Only down fall was the Hotel generally was on the cold side, but it was a particulary cold few days and I don't suppose they are geared up for " British " weather ! The Hotel was in the perfet position for exploring Barcelona. Overall a very good place to stay and great value for money.
“Location Location Location”
The Hotel location is fabulous just step out of the door and you are on the busy ramblas its a shame that the sex shop is only doors away and attracts the wrong type of women late at night who hang around outside near to the hotel but there was no trouble and they dont bother you Other than that you cant fault the hotel for the friendly staff. We stayed in a standard room which was basic but very clean and comfortable. It was great value for money and I would definately go back
“very surprised with this hotel”
have stayed in dozens of Barcelona Hotels and this one was booked as a last minute for convenience of location. I read the other reviews and it didn't look too good, so I was pleasantly surprised. It´s fairly basic but very clean, friendly staff, perfect location AND we slept very well. Very reasonably priced too.

“Barcelona 2011”
Arc La Rambla was a nice clean hotel. The beds were a bit firm though for my taste but still would stay there again. The could do something about the showers though because as other guest have said you get everything wet when showering because they do not have fully enclosed showers. The rooms were extremely clean. If you want to be right on La Rambla this is the place to stay for the money. I would recommend not eating on La Rambla the restaurants are better off of La Rambla
“great holiday”
Although situated at the bottom end of La Rambla the hotel was quiet and very nice. The staff were extremely helpful when I had my credit card stolen at the Metro station.
“Brilliant hotel - would defintely go back!”
The hotel was brilliant - fantastic location and very affordable. We were upgraded for free to a superior room upon arrival. The noise from the street was virtually inaudible when the balcony door was closed. The only downfall for me was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable and the continental breakfast wasn't amazing (on reflection I wouldn't have prepaid for it and gone out for breakfast instead - there's loads of cafes and patisseries nearby), but everything else was perfect - very clean, friendly staff, good room, amazing location for seeing the city.
“Perfect location, busy street, but a quiet hotel.”
The hotel is situated in the heart of The Rambles, a fantastic 24hr street, which is alive with street performers, musicians and artists.There is a good sellection of resturants. There are two metro stations,within a short stroll from the hotel and the harbour is five minutes walk away.There is a handy supermarket for your everyday essentials five minutes up the road, as well as a local market selling fresh produce.
