"We loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and the facilities (pool and gym) were great. Breakfast was amazing - well worth the cost. It is in walking distance of union station, CN tower and plenty of nice places to eat. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend for families. "

"Located at Denison and Warden. Somewhat older facility but very comfortable. The carpets in the hallways seemed in need of a thorough shampooing, but nobody walks on a hotel floor without footwear, do they, so it’s ok. "

"Upon check-in, there was an arrival a bus load of people arrived and the check-in was very quick. They moved through everybody and we come in line and it was very fast and efficient."

"This stay was very good! The staff was very friendly and our room had all the amenities we needed. The elevator was very convenient and accessible but it did give a bit of trouble the very last time we used it. Overall a good experience!"

"I got 2 rooms 1 king suite with Jetted pool one regular suite. The rooms looked awesome however they need to do some maintenance to the rooms as there were some minor issues. Was not a fan of the continental breakfast and even with the $8.00 upgrade it wasn’t worth it. "
