"The employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Was willing to show us the room before we checked in and addressed all our concerns. The rooms were lovely, clean, and modern. Bed was comfortable. We did have to pay for paying and would have been better if included. It was within walking distance to harbor, Imax, park, and restaurants Would definitely stay there again."

"The Inn looks quite old from outside. Our suite has a kitchen which is nice though we didn’t get to use it. Our suite smelled musty, the carpeting, & chairs around the dining table are dark colour which made the room look extra old. A new coat of paint both inside & outside the inn can make it look more cheerful & inviting. On a positive note, there’s free parking, free use of EV bikes, free continental breakfast with wide selection of coffee flavours, comfortable mattress, & renovated...

"A little waterfront gem. This hotel is an older hotel that has been wonderfully maintained. Exceptionally clean, beautiful views, friendly staff and ideal location. We awoke to sunrise over the water and enjoyed coffee on the balcony after a quiet night in comfy beds. Do not overlook this hotel. It's a quiet little gem."

"Super well located and walkable. There is a nightclub in the bottom and Government street is pretty noisy on the weekend. The hotel provides ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper and want to go the bed early you may need to ask for a room away from the street. Cute but run down. Totally fine if you are easy going. Friendly staff."

"The general manager Christy Zheng was amazing ! Her staff are super friendly and really assist in helping guests feel comfortable and welcomed. All the staff were very knowledgable about the tourism industry in Victoria. I would stay here again."
