This was the nicest hotel I stayed in my entire trip. They gave us a full course dinner which we didn't know we had. The rooms are spacious and clean it was just amazing for Japan when you usually get a small room.

Loved this little boutique style hotel. It was immaculate, quiet, and right in the centre of town a very short walk to the central train station , restaurants stores etc. The private open air onsen on our rooftop was the highlight. No details missed. Beds and pillows and linen were super comfy. We did not eat at the hotel so not input there. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Their shuttle to Odawara and their transport to Gora station were fantastic as there aren’t any side walks to walk there. Fantastic breakfast buffet and dinner and loved the private onsen.
