Beautiful home in a good location. Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms with private bathrooms, TV and internet service; other thoughtful extras are also included. Separate entrance from main home. Large communal room with fridge, microwave, eating area, and a lounge if you want to socialize, watch TV or play board games. Delicious gourmet breakfasts, no bacon and eggs here! Excellent service and friendly hosts who went beyond the norm to make our stay memorable. Thank you, Susanne and Alan....

We are so glad we decided to try out this B and B. The host was gracious and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. A lovely breakfast was provided as part of the stay with the option to add some heartier items at an additional cost if you so wished. We highly recommend staying here and will return next time we come to Kelowna.

A quiet super comfortable place to stay. Greeted by Jay at check in with welcome cookies! Attention to detail in room was amazing — thoughtful touches like water in the mini fridge, side tables by bed with power bar plugs embedded, a safe and more. The bed was truly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in and pillows and linens top notch. Lovely sitting area patio looking out at the hills at sunset. Finally! A breakfast to remember. A last minute decision to stay at a B&B in West Kelowna on a business trip was a wonderful idea. This B&B is comfortable, clean, very close to vineyard restaurants and does have a great view. The owners (a lovely couple) are very warm, gracious, and professional, and they serve a delicious breakfast worthy of being photographed. They obviously pay attention to the little details and I do recommend this B&B.

The rooms are on top of the family run Farm Market and Cafe on backdrop of cherry trees and a great view of Kelowna and Lake Okanagan - distant from the hassle and bustle of downtown core. The room, the bed, the fireplace and the bathroom is just amazing. There is also great choice on the breakfast menu.

Considering this is a two stars hotel there is so much to do around it that fit perfectly budget and location

It was a lovely place to stay. Everything you need is supplied in the room. Nice furnishings. One comment, the outdoor pool could a little warmer temperature. I would have spent more time enjoying it if it was warmer, whilst the outside temps were chilly.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Check in was easy, the suite was spacious and modern, only a few signs of wear here and there. We loved the fact that the wine fridge was stocked with local wine, beer, and bottled water ~ all for a reasonable price. Wish I had read the fine print and brought along swim wear for the hot tub; we had noted the pool was closed in the winter season (as per hotel info on expedia) and had not realized the hot tub was still open. The only hiccup was that the $10...

Very nice hotel, the staff were very accommodating, rooms were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.
