No signage to help you find their onsite parking (which is in the alley behind it). Room wasn't ready until after 4pm and staff wasn't helpful about allowing use of pool or other amenities in the meantime. Didn't receive our paid VIP item and no offer of anything else as a substitute. Room was fine (i/e mostly clean) but noisy. Mattress was way past its prime. The AC unit didn't seem to be controllable by the remote control or any other means. Patio was dirty. I would *not recommend.

Hotel was very nice, with very friendly and helpful staff. Our fire alarm battery started dying in the middle of the night and started beeping. The staff immediately resolved the problem and sent an apology bottle of wine up the next day. Excellent customer care and service. The pool area was meh. Nice surroundings but the outdoor pool was a bit dirty. Personally, I need a communal pool to be spotless before I’ll go in, so we didn’t end up using it. But excellent location and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Room was beautiful. Wished we’d had a better view(higher floor Mabey). Wet room shower was spectacular. Only thing missing was a magnifying mirror (room402). Beds were very comfortable. Loved the products offered on the washroom, and nite time carafe with water glasses. Nespresso machine leaked water all over the counter. Loved the valet parking. The hotel itself was different to locate, signage should be bigger. Menu in restaurant was pricey.
