What can I say… this sweet spot really left an impression on us. The intimacy of the property was the first thing I noticed, with just 21 rooms perfectly tucked away it felt like your own little world. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean and well appointed. I am ordering the same Kassatex robe they had on property. Location is pretty perfect and found ourselves walking to cenotes and Michelin Star restaurants.The pool and lounge part of the beach are super chill and feel a little more local. This is a place not trying to hard, but still feels full of effort. On our last night we participated in the Temazcal and that was a treat and left us feeling connected. There is a club on the other side of the street. It plays loud music but we found ourselves being lulled to sleep by it. Even joking about what was the last song we remembered. I like to move around and rarely repeat coming back to the same place but I have a feeling I’ll be seeing Bungalow 6 again.

I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place

Quiet, relaxing, clean. Getting a little dated, but still a beautiful boutique resort. Staff at Siwa were kind and friendly. Onsite restaurant was the best I’ve ever had at a stay in Mexico - very much an amazing culinary experience for my husband and I!

Our stay at Aldea Kuka (in March 2026) was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived, every detail—from the beautiful natural setting to the impeccable service and our spacious accommodations—exceeded our expectations. Here’s what made this trip so unforgettable for our family: Staff: The staff were the most professional and helpful we've encountered, arranging seamless tours to the mangrove and advising on local walks and hikes. The cleaning service was immaculate. The serving staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the chefs were outstanding. The breakfasts are something we still daydream about as a family! Location: The private beach was amazing, with crystal-clear water and spectacular grounds. The hotel merges beautifully with nature, offering plenty of shaded seating, beach beds, and loungers that can be adjusted for sun or shade. The pool was wonderful to lounge by and was never crowded and always easy to relax. Rooms: We stayed in the Presidential Suite with a loft and two bedrooms, which was perfect for my spouse and our two teenagers. There was lots of space to gather as a family while still having privacy. The bathrooms and toiletries were luxurious, the beds were dreamy, and the balcony—with its hammock and table with chairs—was one of my favourite places to unwind. Aldea Kuka was perfect in all ways!!

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were wonderful, the accommodations were above expectations and the relaxing atmosphere made this a perfect getaway. I would come back again and again.

Everything was perfect

I had an amazing stay at TAGO Tulum. The room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I loved the his-and-her sinks and shower setup, plus the separate toilet room for extra privacy. The plunge pool was also very spacious, and the staff cleaned it quickly anytime I requested without a long wait. The food was fresh and good every time, and room service was surprisingly fast. The hotel itself is stunning and gives such a peaceful luxury vibe. I went during heavy seaweed season, but that honestly didn’t stop my trip at all. I can’t take away points for nature. The few bugs I saw didn’t bother me either — we are literally in the jungle, and this was their home before the hotel was built. I only saw maybe two during my entire stay. One thing I loved was the location. It’s walking distance to beach clubs and restaurants if you don’t mind a 5–15 minute walk. I stayed here solo while celebrating my graduation, so it was the perfect balance of peaceful alone time and fun. During the day I relaxed and enjoyed my room, and when I wanted to party I went to Taboo Tulum or took the ADO bus to Cancun for about $35 round trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers who want peace and relaxation or for couples looking for a beautiful getaway.
