Clean, service oriented and very comfortable. I would not visit the Zephyr again.

Loved loved loved everything about this hotel. The bartenders at Pulse were phenomenal! Miss Jackie was so helpful from the time we arrived and gave us a rundown of all the amenities.

Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass

The Rooftop bar had a small menu, but what was offered was great. Breakfast is not included in the stay, but they do offer drip coffee and tea in the Lobby as a part of the stay. I did not go to the Lobby Bar.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate and make the stay outstanding.

upon arrival, the staff was amazing and followed up with complimentary champagne! they offer an incredible happy hour and a half! Full bar plus munchies. Location is unbeatable. the history is kool. very quaint, loved the old floors. much better than a chain !!!! Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Property was clean and properly maintained.

Construction work was going on while there and elevator was malfunctioning other than that it was pleasant stay, looking forward to staying there again

Airport shuttle was difficult to locate, was told it ran 24/7 but it did not. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice staff but not helpful when asking questions about surrounding area. Good location near the airport.
