The faucet in our room wasnt working and there were moths flying around in our room.

This place was FUN! It was clean and comfortable and the staff was terrific...very helpful. And the decorations were perfect. We didn't use the pool this time but the area looked inviting. It's also walking distance to Petco Stadium and many eateries, although we ate at the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed it.

Clean but very old building need renew

Balcony suite had amazing views of the bay. Great location for bday weekend in the Gaslamp. Bar food was mid, but drinks were good.

This is a great hotel! I especially like the quality of the food, the wide corridors, the solid doors, plentiful towels, clean sheets and trash removal every day. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and the amenities were great. But it did seem like they were understaffed. Also outsourcing the parking and WiFi connectivity to third parties is not optimal for the customer. The parking costs and requirements are ridiculous and the internet connectivity needs more senior techs and a much quicker response time. But I had a great time. Thank you.
