This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most amazing experience staying at Delek. The staff is super friendly the hotel is a small charming beautiful atmosphere and the beach is like an endless pool. The rooms are super clean with excellent decorative taste. I would recommend everyone to experience Delek. We will be back for sure

The hotel is beautiful and the pools were very clean and well maintained. The grounds were very well kept and they attempted to clean up the sargassum best they could given the circumstances. However, the food was far below expectation. We frequently struggled to find something to eat and items on the buffet were cold despite being there the second that it opened. Room service was sparse with only a few items to choose from- but they have an excellent app for ordering and seeing what was going on. The activities for the children absolutely have room to improve, but it was nice that something was offered. This was our second time visiting generations and will likely be looking elsewhere for our next stay. What would pull us back is the swim up pools. It was beyond wonderful to have a pool right outside the room for kiddo. It was the highlight without a doubt!

This 9 bedroom tropical boutique hotel, nestled between its natural beauty of jungle and exotic animals does not fall short of luxury and comfort. Bedrooms exceed in ammenities, comfortable beds, pillows, snacks, mini bar. Onsite kitchen, offering limited but tasteful options. The staff is great, always willing to keep you entertained with conversation and very helpful. It is an adorable property, we enjoyed the spider monkeys and iguanas plus more animals we’d never seen. Landscaping is in its natural habitat and gorgeous. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Barrowd the bikes and pedaled to Go Mart for snacks and beverages. Getting to Xcaret was easy. Fernando, Rocio, Evon and the chefs are absolute gems.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The property and amenities were amazing and the service was top notch. Be prepared to spend some money in Tulum though. Nothing is cheap

If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. First of all the staff was 5⭐️+, second the place it’s exactly what you need nothing fancy but it’s exactly what you need like the beach, pool, bar and the restaurant. Things I didn’t like I couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning of the room it was ok but I like my room really cold. Second I didn’t like the food at all now that’s a personal choice but I didn’t like it at all, I would love to see more choices to pick.

The rooms and staff were nice. The private beach area was not accessible because of the seaweed and the smell was horrible. No one on the property was working to remove the seaweed. Angel did upgrade my room and I appreciated it greatly, but the experience was still limited. I chose the place to simply relax without having to do too much to enjoy my time, but I couldn’t. Other than that, it was just ok. I only experienced the room and some food, which happened to be expensive. The staff did bring it to the room so that’s a plus. Other properties on the strip, towards Secrets, was stench free and the beach area seemed to be clearer.
