The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00\. Overall our stay was great and relaxing.

I would like to say the stay was amazing but the start and finish wasn’t great. I booked this trip to celebrate my birthday and by my surprise an engagement. when we arrived to the hotel our room wasn’t ready. When we were able to check in we paid and filled out all the paper work just to be told at the end our room has 2 double beds! I am 5’7 and my fiancé is 6’2\. when asked why we didn’t geta king we were advised they didn’t have availability and the only way to get one is if we paid for an upgrade. there was no further accommodation. We decided not to make a big deal of the bed size. the room was nice and newly renovated. the staff was amazing! the food was good and we appreciated the different options. On the day before we left we decided to go off the resort and was out of the room majority of the day. We got back around dinner time showered and changed for dinner. the room didn’t appear to be serviced while we were gone. When we returned and begin to pack for our early departure the next morning we noticed my fiancés prada sunglasses were missing. we also figured out we were in a joint room where the other room only had access to lock the joining door. We reported the missing glasses to the concierge desk and they advised they will have to call housekeeping and see if it’s in the lost and found. No report was taken. The glasses are still missing and haven’t received anything from the hotel since check out !
