This hotel has the good location in downtown Vancouver, near Canada line, Science world and Rogers Arena. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Canada line station. Room is clean and a bit small. Considering the price, it is reasonable. I booked by the recommendation of expedia. This is a travel package including the air and hotel. However because of my flight was cancelled and rescheduled connection, I wasted one night stay there which was non-refundable. I called both Expedia and hotel at the first time I knew about the cancellation of the flight. Both of them could do nothing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This would be solid 2nd pick place to stay in Whistler. The faciloty was little tight in spade in overall.

The room was excellent and the concierge team was super! The rooms where very comfortable and clean and they had all the essential supplies you need plus more. The hotel had a nice gym and pool and you get access to all the hotel amenities. It's also well situated close to restaurants, groceries and everything you need.

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we could ever want. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel made it very special with cake in our room and at the Reflections Lounge where we had a lovely cocktail before and then much later after dinner. Such a perfect evening

The room was clean and in great condition. The staff we very nice and helpful! We enjoyed the firepit in the evening with friends. Location is great. Close to ammenities.
