(111 reviews) I paid for a deluxe room, got to the room and the bathroom was a mess due to faulty plumbing from the sink and toilet seat was also broken. Someone was called to fix the problem but only made it worse. Intead of being moved to a similar room i paid for, i was moved to an inferior room with the promise it would be changed the morning after but no one did anything until i had to check out. I have stayed here in the past but my recent experience was an unpleasant one to say the least. Overall, the maintainance of this property is on the decline and whoever is in charge of supervising the general management has to be more demanding.
