Having a van pick you up and drop you off every time you need to leave the property is a hassle. Restaurant and bar is closed. Extremely dark to walk the pathways at night no light! Rooms are too small for the exaggerated price. No tv, no iron or ironing board. Don’t trust the faucet water there was corrosion and dirt coming out. It’s far from everything and no room service. Only good thing is the pool but way too pricey just for a pool.

I liked the pool area. It has a beautiful view to the harbor. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff at the entrance and at the spa were exceptionally nice. I didn’t get the same feel for the restaurant staff, although they were helpful. What I didn’t like was that our room had plumbing issues. Both the toilet and sink were clogged and nobody came up to fix the problem after having asked twice. The four of us had to go down from the sixth floor to the lobby area bathroom. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. If you don’t speak Spanish, most if not all the staff speak English or has a person available to answer all your questions. The property is a vineyard so it provide a beautiful view and landscape to wake up too. Also, the restaurant is delicious and the drinks are great, which a driver will come to pick up and drop off, room to table, per request. A beautiful experience!!!
