The hotel itself was nice. There is truly nothing but senior citizens that stay here. We walked in and thought it was a nursing home. I’m not joking there must have been at least 60 70year olds when we walked in. They just take over the entire hotel. Again, the hotel itself is nice, but I think we would stay somewhere else knowing what we know now especially with two teenage boys with us.

Great location, complimentary water which saved us a lot of money on bottled water!
Front desk hooked us up with an upgrade. We requested to have all snacks and drinks removed from our son's room and they didn't do it. He got into the snacks and we were charged $160 super annoying, we knew he would get into the snacks and would have appreciated them doing us a solid by removing the $20 gummy bears

Poor communication. Forced a 35$ daily lunch fee us, but limited selection and odd times. Construction in the lobby was off putting. Also was given a sheet giving info on free tickets to a couple spots, but apparently have been out of those for months. Why hand out something to us that is not available.
