Rooms full of smoke , called maintenance multiple times, dirty linen and curtains

Corridors and my room had shabby carpet, which has seen better days. My bed was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The hair dryer was the dirty I had to scrub it with micellar water and soap before I could begin to think about using it. The staff were all super helpful and polite. The lobby area was clean and comfortable. The rooms were not quiet, I could hear dogs in other rooms barking and people coming in and out of their rooms on my floor and above. out of their rooms on my floorfand you can heR those on floors above roo

Older hotel. Everything seemed tight (room, hallways, elevator. Sometimes it takes a while for valet since the drivers had to manage two hotels, averaging around 10-15min. The staff were very friendly though. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

The hotel was stunning. You can it is set up to accommodate events like weddings or prom. Staff was friendly. Excellent value. I would stay here again.
