I suffered a serious neck injury just a few hours after arriving and ALL the RIU staff was incredibly helpful for the remainder of our stay. A special shout out to Kristine from security who kept a special watch over me throughout!

Excellent hotel. It has everything to offer. We had a great week at the Atlantis hotel resort and would certainly go back. I would strongly advise booking the restaurants in advance as they get booked up quickly. 5*
