I love the service, especially the breakfast with their freshly prepared papaya juice, beats juice and green juice, loved it :)

The property was excellent. It was clean, the service was great and the food was delicious. The sargassum on the beach was the only negative. If you want clear clean shore you would have to go to one of the western facing beaches.

Our stay in Cancún was wonderful, but the person who truly made our experience unforgettable was Luany. From the moment we met her, she treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. She didn’t just do her job—she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. What stood out most was how sincere she was. Luany made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. She was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and always willing to help. Her positive energy and exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on both of us and elevated our entire vacation. Employees like Luany are the reason guests remember a hotel, recommend it to others, and choose to return. Management should know that she is an incredible representative of this property and a tremendous asset to the team. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the level of care she provides. If raises, promotions, or employee awards are being considered, Luany should absolutely be at the top of that list. Thank you, Luany, for helping make our Cancún trip so special.
