The Hotel was fine near all sites , It is in a small ally way and it takes a little figuring out to locate but once you know were it is , its easy enough to get to .
Rooms are small , No screens on windows , breakfest was good , Plenty of choces and fresh , staff was fine with any questions

Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again

I beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice.
Situated just 40 seconds walk from St Marks Square, it was ideal for my wife Sarah and I because we love the vibe of Venice , if you’re looking for a great location this is it.
The staff are fantastic, the bedrooms spotless and very comfortable beds and pillows , air con is great. We would recommend for sure.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and both times have been exceptional service and ambience and would recommend as the hotel is right opposite the ferry that can take you to nearly all the locations using the water bus.
