The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. However the rooms could have been cleaned a lot better. The bed was very lumpy and the pillows were flat. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. It's not family friendly as it's right on the bay and very loud until 3am.

We didn’t like: 1. Hotel is outdated needs renovations. Rooms look bigger on the pictures 2. Too hot in main dining room- no difference if you sit inside or outside! So we couldn’t enjoy the food for lunch and dinner. Sweating a lot while eating…They need to put good AC there. 3. Also on a hallway on our floor was very hot like AC was not working 4. Elevators you have to wait long time plus they lost electricity many times but quickly restored 3. Staff rarely speaks English 4. I paid for seaview room but I got view of a hotel building and side seaview. When I complained I was told come back later few times at 10 at 12 … we unpacked and I gave up..Customer relations called me in the room to ask me if we are happy and I told him we are not for the assigned room and they didn’t want to extend 9 hours late check out because our flight was late after midnight( i had no problem to pay extra) he didn’t even listen to me he just said ok you happy ok have a good day bye… What we liked: I was with my husband and with my 3 and half year old son and we liked : 1. the kids club and beach because you could get lounge chairs anytime you go to the beach! 2. The cleaning lady was very nice was making birds and hearts from towels for my son and was always smiling. 3. They had good turkish coffee in the lobby. 4. Jelena the Main Dining room Hostess was very nice and always smiling! 5. Italian AlaCart restaurant food was good and very nice waiter- I think he was manager or supervisor

Overall, this hotel was a decent option for a short stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport. The highlights were definitely the pool, the beautiful view, and the strong air conditioning, which kept the room comfortable. We also found a great restaurant (10 min walk away), though the walk there felt a bit sketchy from a safety perspective, especially after dark. There were several disappointments, however. Steps everywhere! Be ready, small dated elevator with only room for 3 people. Looks like a meat locker. Poolside food service was extremely slow—it took about an hour for our order to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold and overpriced (34 euros for two chicken gyros and small cold fries). The hotel also seemed understaffed. There was no welcome upon arrival or bell service, and our room wasn't set up for the three guests on the reservation. Our room wasn’t ready at 3. The "pull-out sofa bed" was actually more like a firm futon than a real mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The room amenities were very minimal, with just cups, shampoo, conditioner, and a basic razor kit. If you're looking for activities, there's not much to do. Plan to stay at the resort the entire time. Overall, the convenient airport location, pool, views, and air conditioning were definite positives, but the lack of service, limited amenities, uncomfortable extra bed, and disappointing food made the stay feel very overpriced for what was offered. Not 5 star quality.

The food was amazing. They have a very variety of food . The staff was very polite. One thing I recommend is to add a shuttle to transport their guests to airport or Antalia city center . I really enjoyed my stay there .

Excellent food in the hotel but don’t order a breakfast box to take out, just buy something whist out. The breakfast box is made the night before and is stored at reception so it’s not refrigerated, a warm sandwich that consists of 2 dry slices of white bread with a slice of ham, however they do kindly give you two portions of butter to put in it, but don't provide a knife.
