A very charming manor, very well decorated and our 2 bedrooms suite is very spacious and clean, we wish we could have stayed longer ! Not walking distance to the marina but just a short drive to city centre.

For the price we expected more than a laminate floor and asurly housekeeper manager. I have been to motels and hotels that were far more welcoming and better rooms that were a tenth the price and felt more comfortable. And, there were issues presented when we checked in. A bit too much for us since we pre-paid. I would never stay here ever again.

This is a very unique restored mansion within a fairly easy walk to downtown Kingston. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had been advertised through Expedia as having a bay view, and it didn’t, but that was no big deal. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. All in all, a great experience.

You booked the hotel solely for the waterslide. We arrived early driving from far away so that we could use the waterslide only to find out that all of the lifeguards had called in “sick”. One of the staff members indicated that having teenage lifeguards this is sometimes what happens. So that should be advertised as we wasted extra money on a pool and a waterslide that was nonfunctional and wasted our time getting there as well. We weren’t offered anything as an apology, just a too bad
