The person who was working at the Billy Bishop Airport in the area where you check in for connecting flights was exceptionally rude. Previously you could just show your boarding pass and enter. She forced all passengers to line up against the wall like children and then enter at another door. Then when they called to board the connecting flight, they had changed the gate and she was rude again telling me I would have known better if I didn't have my headphones in and chastised me for not knowing where to go rather than just giving me the new gate number. First time I have ever had terrible service from Porter.
