The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here the Matterhorn is visible of course. Met the 5 stars that they hold.

We loved our time here. Best hotel of our trip! Amazing views and amenities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at this hotel was very satisfying. Its location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the Zermatt Matterhorn Viewpoint, which was perfect for my early morning photo shoots of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was outstanding, with a high standard of food and an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and recommended great sightseeing spots for us to explore. Highly recommended.

Booked a family room. Room was extremely clean and appeared newly renovated. Had a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, which was a bonus. Breakfast had a good variety.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Finding the hotel was a little bit of a trek due to Google Maps at first, we suggest to use Waze instead. From the train station, once you turn into the correct street the sidewalk is light up! The check in process was easy. The design and aesthetic was well thought out, clean and loved the finishing inside the rooms. We will definitely stay here again. Their breakfast was also fantastic.

We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel.

It is a very nice hotel. My room has a large balcony and we can enjoy the warm weather and views. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will give it a 5 stars.

The hotel was very convenient. It was very clean and comfortable. WE loved the breakfast. We loved the fireplace and lobby bar.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Recently updated, both the room and public spaces were modern and extremely clean. Gym is adequate for a hotel stay and the included breakfast is fantastic. Great service all around. Location is 2 minutes from the train station so easy to carry bags. Highly recommended.
