She arrange our taxi and everything went so smooth. Thank you Laura. The breakfast buffet included was nice and so was the spa access inclusion for guests. The room, was ok. Beds were comfortable. The complaint is in the layout of the room - it’s small and there is no privacy from the bathroom to the bedroom which makes it uncomfortable if you’re staying with others. The patios are very close to one another and that also makes it very uncomfortable if you have people who smoke staying next to you. The deck outside of our room felt unsafe to be on, it definitely needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt and the room air conditioning was the worst I’ve experienced for the price I payed for the hotel. Celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted to find a beautifully set breakfast table arranged in a perfect spot, adorned with chocolates, champagne, and fresh flowers—a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our celebration. The staff were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a made-to-order breakfast that featured fresh, delicious options tailored to our preferences. They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. Wurde dann am nächsten Tag morgens behoben. Leider ist in der Nacht niemand im Hotel. Das war für uns etwas beängstigend. Abends um 23.00 Uhr kam zum ersten Mal Wasser, wir schliefen schon) und später nochmals. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! We had booked for two nights but got hit with an incredible, once in a century, snowstorm. This led to nearly 2 days of no electricity and three days of no trains leading to us needing to stay four nights instead. I can’t praise the management and staff enough for the care, service and hospitality they showered on us.
