Room was exceptional. Did not read that the rooftop pool was an extra charge in the amenities for hotel guests; it seemed to read as a charge for the general public to use the pool and the spa, the way it was worded. Hotel was one of the very best and the food excellent

Across from the train station, super convenient. Room is small, but well planned and very clean. We stay in a triple room, but have enough space for each of us. Please note, the mini bar is not a fridge, more like a super small food storage shelf.

Wonderful staff and can’t get over the location. Located close to central lucern with free access to bus and an unbelievable views from the hotel, hands down one of the best hotels I have been to. Staff also go beyond expectations and made my stay very memorable.

Location was perfect. The room was a haven after being in tiny river cruise rooms. The breakfast was very good with fresh eggs, omelettes served tableside. No lining up. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend it. My only comment was that the room was quite warm. We did have a window but no screen and as it opened onto another rooms patio/balcony we were unable to leave it open as we slept.
