Absolutely amazing!! Can’t say enough about the staff, the beauties of the Fairmount Banff and how clean everything was!! My wife and I had such a memorable stay and we will be back!!

Great indoor parking! Very safe & clean; plenty of spaces. Every clean rooms & friendly staff.

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

We enjoyed our stay at Chateau Canmore. While this hotel has some subtle signs of being an older hotel, they are working on updating and our room showed evidence. The room felt fresh and clean. We found the seating/kitchenette area felt warm if the bedroom area had the door closed for too long, but we were able to figure that out pretty quickly. The pool isn't huge, but it was still big enough for the kids to have fun. The coffee machine by the front desk was great for coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the evening. All in all, we would stay here again.

We fully enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind enough to allow us to check in early and stay and hour later. I would be happy to stay again

Nice hotel, room was warm with no control and quite far from downtown area.
