Sheikh Zayed Road Golf Vacations

Excellent hotel which I always come to when visiting Dubai (this was my 6th stay here). Staff across the hotel very pleasant and helpful. Some staff recognise me from my previous stays and come over to talk and ask what I have been up to. Hotel located within 5 minute walk of Financial Centre Metro Station.

It's on great Location, continental breakfast was great but the bathroom needs to renovate and the carpet on the hallway need to change because it smells like wet rag on each floor. I like to mention some of the hotel employees:- From the time we checked in until our final day, Fillip and Louis from the restaurant were the best in customer service. these two people were smiling and asking us if we need anything while we are eating breakfast every morning. I can tell they enjoy their work, for that reason I decided to give them five stars for the restaurant.

The room was nice, with a nice view on a high floor. We enjoyed the space, and the amenities. The club lounge was non existent, I wasn’t told before I had arrived that this wouldn’t be provided. The hotel offered 1x buffet dinner and a drink however I was disappointed that what I had booked wasn’t provided! The lobby was smaller than expected, but the staff were quite nice. The cleaning staff made sure the room was cleaned properly. The breakfast was okay, with different dishes provided.

The whole experience was amazing. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was amazing.
