Vietnam Spa Vacations

We booked three rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to better rooms upon arrival. The river views were amazing and really elevated the experience. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff member who first assisted us was especially friendly and informative (unfortunately I didn't catch his name). The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast, which was included, was outstanding-especially the made-to-order omelets. In the evening we had a few drinks at the bar, and the two servers who helped us were attentive and accommodating. When one of my drinks didn't meet my taste preferences, they kindly removed it from the bill. At checkout, Kayle was extremely friendly and helpful. When we asked about purchasing two umbrellas, she generously provided us with two brand-new ones. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. Rooms: 5 | Service:

The staffs are helpful, breakfast was great. We loved the complimentary foot massage and drinks. However, our room was next to the lift and a bit noisy throughout the night.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

This property is what a vacation should be the pool area and swim-up bar is amazing.
