"The apartment was large with plenty of seating inside and a cafe table and chairs on the balcony. We had problems with the shower head and Merce replaced it immediately. Big windows throughout to keep it bright, but in the kitchen it was dark and made washing dishes difficult; if the decorative posts were removed it would have really helped."

"Location was a little hard to find. Unit itself very comfortable and well equipped. On demand hot water was unreliable and throughout the stay it was difficult to get a hot or even warm shower. On arrival washing machine not working which was surprising although problem quickly addressed by management company. Latter proved to be very responsive. "We had an amazing 10 days at villa encantata. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. The location is across the bay from las gatos and la Ropa beaches but we took taxis and water taxis around each day for different experiences.This villa has a beautiful common area and a very good pool. Best suited for 4 couples. We had a 5th couple in the garden room which wasn’t as nice as the others but would be great for kids"
